Mental health is the most important thing in our life which we all , or at least most of us don't thing about it or ignore. Is it that serious?, the answer is yes, since it refers to our emotional,psychological and social well-being,it's the reason why it influences how we thing,feeland act ,in addition to our physical health , so practically, it's all!

If you see or know someone with a mental health disorder you can help him by encouraging or supporting him/her.

  • Your habits can affect your mental health.

Did you know that habits like sleep , reading ,exercising, overuse of social media or smartphone, doing some of your favorite activities (far from the screens if possible) influences directly your mental health.And so the idea of some helpful challenges on our instagram page ,

  • Colors also can be a source of affecting your mental health ,so if you are decorating your room ,studying or having/working on a project you can consider that .


We can't talk about all things tat are responsible for the benefits of our mental health or affect it ,but we can start little by little.
